What this application is
The Aniya Ad Reporting Tool is an internal software application built and operated by Aniya Network Solutions Inc. Its purpose is to help our team view and report on the performance of our own Google Ads advertising. Aniya Network Solutions runs Google Ads campaigns to promote our own agency services, and this tool consolidates that campaign performance data into dashboards and downloadable reports.
What the application does
The tool connects to the Google Ads API to retrieve performance metrics — such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and click-through rate — from the Google Ads account owned by Aniya Network Solutions Inc. These metrics are stored in our internal database and presented through a reporting dashboard. Authorized team members can view performance at the account, campaign, ad group, and ad level over selectable date ranges, and can export reports as PDF files.
How the application uses Google user data
The application requests read-only access to Google Ads reporting data through the Google Ads API.
It accesses only the Google Ads account owned by Aniya Network Solutions Inc. It does not access, manage, or report on any third party's advertising account.
The application does not create, edit, pause, or otherwise manage ads. It performs reporting only, with no write or modify operations.
Data retrieved from the API is used solely for Aniya Network Solutions' internal performance reporting. It is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party, and it is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the reporting described here.
Who uses the application
The tool is used only by employees and ad managers within Aniya Network Solutions Inc. It is an internal-only application and is not offered to, or accessible by, the general public. PDF reports generated by the tool may be shared with our advertising agent for review; the agent does not have login access to the tool or to the API.
Data protection
API credentials are stored securely and are never exposed in the user interface or to any outside party. Access to the tool is restricted to authorized internal team members.
